All Saints Catholic Academy is seeking a new vice principal for school year 2025-2026 to help lead and serve our dedicated community of teachers, staff, parents, and students. Our mission statement reflects the leadership qualities we hope to see in our new administrator: All Saints Catholic Academy educates children of all faiths to achieve academic excellence, challenging them to fully develop their God-given talents with a commitment to truth, compassion, self-discipline, and love for all, in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church.The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for working with children and a dedication to educational excellence. Required experience and qualifications include successful teaching and/or administrative experience within a Catholic school, a strong commitment to the Catholic faith, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a high energy level for the positive challenges ahead. This position has the potential to transition to the head of school.

This is a full-time, year-round position with an annual salary of $60-70,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, personal/sick/medical days, and the possibility of working remotely during the summer and school vacations. Responsibilities may include: __Assist the Head of School in the overall governance and leadership of the school.__Collaborate with the Head of School in areas such as student discipline, classroom observations, teacher evaluation and supervision, facilitating parent meetings, maintaining schedules, and managing logistical matters.__Review and approve or recommend modifications to new or existing programs alongside the Head of School.__Determine staff and professional development needs with the Head of School and work to provide meaningful growth opportunities.__Help maintain a culture that promotes the schools mission.__Work with faculty and the Head of School to develop and coordinate an educational program that meets the diverse needs, abilities, talents, and interests of students.__Assist in interviewing, selecting, and orienting new staff members.__Ensure that school rules, consistent with the handbooks, are observed uniformly and that consequences are applied equitably to students who do not meet the schools expectations.__Support faculty and staff who encounter challenges with specific families and/or students.__Collaborate with staff working on development to plan events and activities that support the schools financial needs.Qualifications: Strong commitment to the Catholic faith.Highly organized with the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.Outstanding communication skills to engage regularly with all members of the school community.Current teaching and/or administrative license.At least 5 years of teaching and/or administrative experience.Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.Clearance to work in the United States.Please outline the following items in your cover letter: Interest in the role and qualifications that make you a desirable candidate.If you are currently not living in Vermont, please share your interest in relocating.Salary expectations.Will you now or in the future require visa sponsorship.About the School: Located in Morrisville, VT, 8 miles from the resort town of Stowe, the school is a co-educational, independent Catholic day school serving nearly 200 students in pre-K through grade 8-the only private school of its kind in the area. The diverse student body comes from the Lamoille County region and includes a high percentage of non-Catholics. The mission is to provide academic excellence and Christian values in an environment where students are motivated to achieve their maximum potential.

The 40-acre campus is located in a rural setting bordering Morrisville with nature trails, soccer fields, a brand new modern and creative playground with expansive room for future site development. Facilities are new with large classrooms, multi-purpose room, library, chapel, and storage building.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
