Responsibilities included
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal teams
- Organize and maintain legal documents, files, and records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Manage calendars and deadlines for attorneys
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate databases
- Assist with document management systems and electronic filing
Experience:
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently and accurately
This position requires a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
