These positions are part of a new afternoon shift operating Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM. The roles require a 2-month training period on an adjusted schedule before transitioning to the regular shift.

Details:
- Location: This job is on site at our facility in Hinesburg, VT
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM

- Compensation: Hourly rate starting from $18/hour 5% shift differential
Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator, you will work as part of our production team, operating specialized equipment in either our packaging or processing departments. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols while producing high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor specialized equipment specific to either packaging or processing functions, including cutting, filling, sealing, and packaging machinery
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve operational challenges to minimize downtime
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strictly adhere to CGMP guidelines
- Monitor production output to maintain product quality and integrity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Complete required documentation for operations and quality control
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
- Assemble and prepare materials as needed for production runs
- Actively participate in maintaining workplace safety standards
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow standardized procedures and safety protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance record

Working Conditions:
- Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing plant and office environment.
- English is the primary language; training materials are written in English. For individuals who do not speak English as their primary language, translation will be provided.
