Regional Instructional Coach for Career and Technical Education

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom observations and post-observation reflection meetings with candidates each year.
• Facilitate field observations with beginning teachers and conduct post-observation reflection meetings.
• Meet with candidates on topics assigned by the CTE Director.
• Engage in general communication and impromptu 'just-in-time' meetings with candidates.
• Attend annual summer training and quarterly fall and spring sessions (10 hours).
