Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and informed.
• Support the Service Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Help manage team productivity, workflow, and efficiency to meet departmental goals.
• Foster a welcoming and upbeat environment for both customers and team members.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the automotive or customer service industry is preferred but not required.
• A positive, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experience.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
