Pay: $50,000- $60,000

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Vern Eide is accepting applications for a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents accurately and efficiently

• Verify title accuracy, lien releases, and legal ownership documents

• Submit necessary paperwork to the DMV and follow up on pending applications

• Maintain compliance with state and federal title laws

• Assist the sales and finance departments with title-related inquiries

• Maintain an organized filing system for all title-related records

• Handle customer inquiries regarding title processing and registration status in a friendly manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Title Clerk (preferred)

• Knowledge of state DMV title and registration processes

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc., a plus)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
