Vernis & Bowling's DeLand office is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Construction Defect department, which specializes in defending clients against complex construction disputes and claims.
As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for directing and leading files, providing initial analysis, developing case strategy, conducting discovery, taking depositions, drafting motions, attending hearings, and negotiating settlements. You will also assist with and lead trials, working closely with senior attorneys and other team members to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
