JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing Guests with a delightful dining experience from the initial reception until the final good-bye in accordance with the Company’s high standards of Guest Service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Responsible for receiving payment from food and beverage Guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Accurately input and account for all revenue associated with the service or sale of food and beverage product in the Micros computer register.
- Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures of the Company.
- Responsible for initial cordial reception to the Guests upon arrival and/or the prompt courteous escort to a dining table.
- Verifies reservations, if required, before seating Guests.
- May initially handle guest complaints and notify Supervisor to resolve them quickly and courteously.
- Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
- Participates as a team member with, Food Servers, Bus Persons, Cooks, Supervisors and any pertinent Company Associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of Guest Service.
- All other duties as assigned.
Bonus paid in three installments: $250 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, and $1250 after 1 year.
