Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plant care and landscape maintenance, with the ability to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves hands-on work in various gardening tasks, ensuring that our gardens and landscapes thrive throughout the seasons.

Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Irrigate plants and lawns effectively to promote healthy growth.
- Utilize hand tools and gardening equipment for planting, weeding, and pruning.
- Assist in the design and implementation of garden layouts to enhance aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain greenhouse operations, including planting seeds and caring for young plants.
- Conduct regular inspections of garden areas to identify pests or diseases and take appropriate action.
- Collaborate with team members on groundskeeping tasks to ensure all outdoor areas are well-kept.
- Provide ongoing care for plants, including fertilization, watering, and mulching as needed.

Requirements
- Previous experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques for effective water management.
- Familiarity with various hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for growing plants and maintaining outdoor spaces.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- A background in farming or horticulture is a plus but not mandatory.
