What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Dietitian position at Vernon Memorial Healthcare?
Temporary part-time position available for a Registered Dietitian. This position will only include covering the needs of the hospital inpatients and will not include any outpatient appointments, on-call or weekend coverage.
This is a temporary Clinical Dietitian position for the week of 6/16/25 – 6/20/25. Candidate must be flexible and willing to work partial days Monday – Friday, up to a maximum of 40 hours for the week.
Will provide inpatient nutrition services including nutrition screenings and assessments, patient/family education, monitoring the adequacy of nutrient intake, managing nutrition support and participating as a resource person, as needed, on the VMH health care team.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or equivalent field. The candidate must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Current State of Wisconsin Certified Dietitian (CD) required. Previous relevant work experience preferred. Apply on-line at www.vmh.org.
