Our growing behavioral health team is looking for a clinical therapist to make a meaningful impact in the rural communities of the breathtaking Driftless Region of Southwest Wisconsin!
As a full-time clinical therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing individual, family and group psychotherapy for patients of all ages, while improving the community's access to behavioral health services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and patient-centered care that meets the needs of the communities we serve.
Qualified candidates will have:
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field
- Licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Ability to be Medicaid/Medicare credentialed
What to expect as a Therapist within VMH's growing practice:
- Conduct assessments to determine mental health needs and formulate treatment plans
- Provide individual, group and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions
- Work with patients to develop coping skills, identify solutions to problems and achieve treatment goals
- Collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals, including a growing team dedicated to behavioral health services
