What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary resource for configuring, maintaining, and providing support for Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Deliver prompt application support to end users by addressing and resolving technical issues effectively.
- Implement and optimize system enhancements and workflows within Dynamics 365 to align with business needs.
- Develop and review CRM customizations, including plugins, JavaScript/HTML, Power Automate flows, custom HTML interfaces, data integrations/migrations, and SSRS processes.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI to support business analytics and reporting needs.
- Oversee security roles and permissions to safeguard data while ensuring users have appropriate access.
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate communication and deliver effective solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, functionality, and efficiency.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance by managing CRM data imports, exports, and integrations with other platforms.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within tight deadlines.
- Document processes, configurations, and customizations for Dynamics 365 to maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Support organizational goals by performing additional tasks and contributing to special projects as required.
What Experience You'll Have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology, including expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
- At least 4 years of experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM, including system configuration and customization.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with experience developing stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions in SQL Server.
- At least 2 years of experience writing detailed business requirements, facilitating user testing, and executing test cases.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 integrations with tools such as SharePoint, MS Office, OneDrive/OneNote, LinkedIn, Power BI, and Adobe Sign.
- Practical experience with programming languages and tools, including JavaScript, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, Dynamics SDK, XrmToolBox, and CRM API.
- Proven experience designing and developing plugins, custom workflow activities, and web services within Dynamics 365.
- Prior exposure to Microsoft Azure and proficiency in creating reports using SSRS or Power BI.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
