Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Location/Work Structure: Altoona, PA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $110,000-125,000 annually

Client Overview: Vernovis is partnering with a supply chain company to identify a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join their team. The company is looking to expand their use of Salesforce which is currently used by the sales team. This role will be instrumental in helping with the integration between Salesforce and the company's existing ERP.
What You'll Do:
- Manage user accounts, customer accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings within Salesforce.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce features, including custom fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation tools like Process Builder and Flow.
- Support Service Cloud functions such as case management, service queues, and customer support workflows.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and the QAD ERP and new applications, ensuring smooth order management and customer service operations.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and data cleansing to maintain data integrity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.
- Lead project implementations and manage releases to ensure smooth transitions.
What Experience You'll Have:
- 3-5 years of proven experience managing Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, configuration, data management, and CRM workflows.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Experience with third-party integration platforms.
- ERP and /or previous manufacturing background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
What Experience is Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
