Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with experience in Informatica to join our team. This role plays a critical part in implementing and managing Salesforce solutions to meet strategic business needs. The developer will support the Enterprise Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) project, ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce applications across various business functions. Primary responsibilities include customizing Salesforce features, designing and maintaining integrations, and providing technical leadership for development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration with associated applications and systems.
- Customize Salesforce features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud) to meet business needs and ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshoot data integration issues and ensure timely resolution, maintaining high-quality integration standards.
- Document and maintain technical processes, workflows, test plans, and code to ensure clear understanding and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and manage project timelines.
- Support Salesforce releases, updates, and new features while ensuring compliance with usability, accessibility, and security standards.
- Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce development, providing guidance and strategic options for both clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Salesforce development and data integration, providing support and training to staff as needed.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce products, architecture, data model, and security.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using Informatica Cloud and third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, LWC) and environment/release management.
- Strong understanding of code versioning, deployment methodologies, and Agile development.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and work both independently and collaboratively.
Special Requirements:
- Salesforce Developer certification preferred but not required.
- Experience with Informatica or other integration platforms.
- Higher education experience preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
