Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions and related treatments. This role requires excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eyelash services while also promoting additional beauty treatments offered at our spa

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on aftercare for their eyelash extensions.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Offer additional beauty services such as waxing.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with clients effectively.
• Deliver exceptional guest services by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and experience in upselling beauty products or services is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage social media platforms effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required.
• Certification or training in eyelash extension application is highly desirable.

Pay: $19.66 - $30.00 per hour
