Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and orderly facility, including office spaces, restrooms, and communal areas.
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Gather and properly dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Sanitize and restock restroom facilities to maintain hygiene standards.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supply inventory, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Assist in assembling utility carts, workbenches, furniture, or other related tasks as needed.
- Report any necessary repairs, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to management.
- Ensure outdoor seating areas are properly maintained, including closing umbrellas after lunch.
- Follow occupational safety guidelines when handling cleaning products and equipment. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Positive attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.
- Experience using cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, etc.).
- Understanding of how to safely handle cleaning products, including chemicals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
