What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail and Wholesale Logistics Coordinator position at Versace?

What You’ll Do:
- Process seasonal orders and re-orders for Retail, Outlet and E-Commerce.
- Process transfers from E-commerce to FP stores.
- Process bulk and on hand requests.
- Create customized pick tickets based on priorities received.
- Process orders and re-orders for Wholesale Sales team, create allocations, pick tickets, and follow up during process to ensure that orders are fulfilled.
- Perform EDI activities such as POs split & related functions as it pertains to UPC creation for new season products, NRF color code & size maintenance.
- Process files and paperwork (pick tickets, splitting of bulk quantities for pick ticket creation, invoice creation, etc) for daily shipments from the 3PL warehouse.
- Participate in cross training activities and various departmental functions during peak season
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 years of logistics experience within the fashion industry.
- Strong PC Skills (all Microsoft Office applications)
- Proficient in excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
