What are we looking for?
The Provider Relations Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the daily operational functions of the Provider Relations Representatives. This includes oversight of the quality of calls, correspondence, and to ensure appropriate and timely handling of provider requests and inquiries. The Provider Relations Supervisor position supervises direct reports and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the department.

- Promote a positive work environment within Provider Relations Team
- Establish, implement, and monitor performance measurements specific to assigned duties of staff
- Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of new representatives
- Perform quality assurance monitoring, feedback, and coaching.
- Provide ongoing training for Provider Relation Representatives, including development and maintenance of training materials
- Handle escalated provider calls
- Review and provide feedback for responses to provider grievances
- Participate in meetings with groups
- Conduct provider site visits and oversee site visits scheduled for PR Reps
- Participate in audits and provide input for Compliance requests
- Assist with document updates and creation, both internal and provider facing materials
- Other duties as assigned

The wage range for applicants for this position is [$75,000.00 to $80,000.00].
All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
