The Role
Versaterm is currently seeking a highly motivated Automation Engineer to join our FivePoints QA team. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will join a team of QA Professionals to develop and optimize automation utilizing the Selenium Framework. Maintenance of an existing program suite is required, in addition to creating multiple others in the near future.
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize automation to ensure comprehensive smoke, regression, load, and performance testing, leveraging object-oriented programming (OOP) for reusable and modular architecture
- Build and maintain robust automation suites integrated into CI / CD workflows, in overall testing time per deployment
- Collaborate with the software engineering team to ensure code is consistently structured for seamless automation
- Create and deploy SQL queries to manage and configure testing environments in Microsoft SQL Server
- Document technical specifications and user guides, improving knowledge sharing and ongoing maintenance
