This consultant will collaborate with People & Culture, Legal, and Finance to create structured policies that support consistency and efficiency across regions. The ideal candidate has experience navigating complex compliance frameworks, developing best practices, and managing HR-related policy initiatives on a global scale.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota - Hybrid Opportunity & only Minnesota based candidates will be considered.
Salary Range: $60 - $75/hr. DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global HR compliance policies to ensure alignment with international labor laws, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to create frameworks that promote consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Conduct compliance assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in existing policies.
- Provide recommendations and action plans to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to global HR standards.
- Collaborate with People & Culture, Legal, and Finance teams to integrate compliance measures into HR processes, ensuring policies support regulatory needs and organizational goals.
- Manage the standardization of HR policies across different regions, ensuring all locations operate within a structured compliance framework while addressing local regulatory nuances.
- Lead documentation efforts by developing detailed guidelines, procedures, and training materials that facilitate seamless policy adoption and understanding across the organization.
- Support change management and communication efforts related to new policies, ensuring clarity and alignment across global teams.
- Act as an advisor to leadership on compliance-related matters.
- Strong background in HR compliance, policy development, and regulatory risk management at a global level.
- Experience in HR-related project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Deep understanding of international HR regulations, labor laws, and best practice frameworks.
- Ability to create structured HR policies and ensure consistent application across multiple regions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across different functions.
