Interim Leadership Development Consultant (ID:46626)

A leading organization is seeking an Interim Leadership Development Consultant to support leadership training initiatives, enhance talent development strategies, and drive organizational effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in leadership development, training facilitation, and coaching. Working closely with HR and senior leadership, you will play a critical role in shaping leadership programs and strengthening workforce capabilities.

Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid. Only Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate leadership training programs tailored to organizational needs.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to emerging and existing leaders to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align leadership development strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend development solutions.
• Utilize data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of leadership competency frameworks and career pathing initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate leadership training programs.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of enhancing leadership effectiveness.
• Experience in change management, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and leadership assessment tools.
