Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist leadership in formulating and refining strategic plans across various departments and initiatives.
- Conduct research and gather data to identify challenges, opportunities, and potential solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Develop frameworks and processes for effective implementation and measurement of strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities to drive consensus and clarity.
- Provide regular updates, recommendations, and insights to leadership and project teams.
- 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or related roles, preferably within mission-driven or nonprofit environments.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on actionable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from planning to execution.
- High degree of adaptability, able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced setting.
