Position Overview
Bold Integrated Payments is seeking a Risk & Compliance Inquiry Specialist responsible for acting as lead when requesting information and documentation for Risk inquiries coming from our processors. This role serves as the main point of contact for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) for direct merchants, bank account money transfer rejections for all merchants, and transaction parameter exceptions that generate risk reviews.

The hours of operation for this role will fall within 8 : 30 am – 6 : 00 pm EST.
This is a hybrid / in-person role with expectations of being in-office 3 days per week / no expectations of travel
