Tool and Die Maker-Journeyman
We specialize in creating cutting-edge aerospace solutions, and we need a Tool and Die Maker to bring precision and expertise to our team. If you have a passion for crafting custom tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures with meticulous attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Job Duties :
- Fabricate and Repair custom-made products, prototypes, and special tools with exacting specifications
- Verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments
- Set up and operate CNC and manual machine tools like lathes, grinders, and milling machines
- Design jigs, fixtures, and templates for efficient fabrication of parts
- Study blueprints, models, and specifications to plan and execute tool-making operations
- Assemble and modify dies, jigs, gauges, and tools with accuracy and expertise
Schedule : Monday Friday : Start on 1st shift (5 AM - 3 PM) with the possibility to transition to 2nd shift (3 PM - 1 AM) after 90 days , 45-55 hour work weeks
Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 overtime pay (Time and a half after 41 hours, double time after 49 )
