LOCATION : The Bronx (onsite)
COMPENSATION : $18.00 / hr. excellent benefits
EMPLOYMENT : Full-time
SHIFT : 6AM shift to completion weekends are a must
EXPERIENCE : 1-2 year's
Seeking experienced Customer Service / Field-Dispatchers who will be responsible for troubleshooting high-volume inbound calls from customers, relaying information to the Transportation Department, and facilitating solutions with on-the-ground operations teams.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST ALSO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED :
- At least 1 years prior Dispatching or Call Center troubleshooting experience working in a mid-to-large call center
- Ability to multi-task with Maps and Customers. Any of the above including fast paced high volume
- Must have good computer skills
Weekends are a MUST!
Must be flexible to accommodate schedule changes depending on business needs
