What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infrastructure Support Analyst position at Vertex Group Inc.?
Infrastructure Support Analyst needed for a 1 month remote engagement- potential for extension - remote on EST schedule. Excellent comm skills required.

- Responsible for the implementation, installation, maintenance and support of End User Applications (CyberArk, Venafi, Centrify, FileMaker Pro, Markmonitor)
- Perform related duties as assigned or requested. Works under supervision.
- Interface with customers and other IT groups to process requests in a timely fashion.
- Troubleshoot individual application related computer issues and implement known solutions to problems.
- Monitor the assigned application queue(s) in the Ivanti ticketing system. Log real time journal entries documenting actions taken on all ticket requests/incidents. Close tickets within established service levels.
- Troubleshoot individual application related computer issues and implement known solutions to problems.
- Provide one-on-one instructions/training/guidance to end users and the help desk on use of hardware/ software and standard procedures
- Responsible to create and maintain written documentation on problem solutions, tool configurations and end user documentation.
- Responsible for exemplifying the customer service standards set by department
- Provide over-the phone assistance to users: problem identification, instruction, and resolution of problems
- Responsible to solve typical software and hardware problems and malfunctions on these systems
