Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs and roofing materials on residential homes and commercial buildings.
- Inspect roofs to identify issues needing repair and determine the best solutions.
- Remove existing roofs and install replacement roofing materials.
- Replace damaged or rotting plywood, joists, or other structural components.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in metal roofing, carpentry, construction, sheet metal, or outdoor labor.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Proficiency with roofing materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions with precision.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools.
- Strong math skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to perform out-of-town work when necessary.
- Impeccable driving record.
