Founded in 1987, JP Carroll Roofing is a leading contractor in Massachusetts and Connecticut, specializing in residential roofing, siding, gutters and windows. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We are continuing to grow our roofing business and launch new locations across New England.
We are currently seeking an effective Sales Manager to join our team at our new Milford, CT location. This individual will be responsible for building, training and managing a team of sales representatives to success. Ideally, the candidate will have some experience in in-home sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process, customer needs and relationship building.
Responsibilities :
- Managing a growing home services sales department
- Focus on lead generation, accurate pricing, customer relationships, maintaining high closure percentages for sales reps.
- Provide company relationships with our largest vendors, and manufacturing partners.
- Track progress provides feedback to management.
- Hold Sales Reps accountable.
- Provide coaching / learning opportunities for sales reps.
- Assist the sales team with "Ridge Along" Sales coaching.
Requirements :
Compensation : $100,000 base commission. Expected 1st year earnings between $130,000-150,000
