What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. IT Contracts Analyst position at Vertex Solutions Inc.?
Seeking a Sr Contracts Analyst with expertise in Technology agreements with some healthcare background preferred. This is a remote contract role - if converted to an employee will need to be onsite in Midtown 4X a month.
- Will be responsible for drafting of Master Service Agreements, SAAS, MLA, Sales Order Forms, Change Requests, SOWs and NDAs.
- Legal analysis for NDAs, Vendor Agreements, and MSAs
- Authorize and finalize all change orders, amendments, and order forms
- Template creation: sales quotes, contracts, tracking tools
- Document management and tracking
The Senior Analyst will perform the following task:
• Administer the contract management process under the direction of their supervisor.
• Review incoming contract/SOW requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Oversees the maintenance and integrity of all contracts and statement of work /quotes
Files.
• Work with finance to verify all Capital and OPEX funding for proposed requests.
• Oversees the execution of agreements, Quotes, and other documents by vendor and
signatories.
• Correspond with Vendors to get signatures on approved agreements/SOWS.
• Informs requester of major status changes as needed.
• Prepare the signature cover memo/ sign off package and verify the
completeness and quality of the sign off package before submission to
Management.
• Interact with Requesters and Business Owners to secure approvals where needed.
• Negotiate and manage amendments/changes to contractual terms with Vendors
as required with oversight by Manager.
• Draft and modify licensing, service contracts' terms in accordance with polices,
business specifications, and Legal's guidance.
• Learn and use recommended software applications and Contract Life cycle Management tools to execute their day to day tasks
Execute any other task as may be assigned by Manager and or leadership
