We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our range of cannabis products. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are appealing.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that complement customer purchases.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding product effects, strains, and consumption methods.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions accurately and assist in inventory management.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
• Keep the store clean and presentable for patients.

Qualifications

• MUST have OMMA Credentials
• Previous experience in a dispensary preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic math principles for cash handling and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to foster positive customer interactions.
• A passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of various strains, products, and their effects is highly desirable.
• Willingness to learn about new products and stay updated on industry trends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
