Job Description

Vertical Alliance Group is the parent company of Infinit-I Workforce Solutions—online training tools, including a learning management system (software application that helps create, manage, and track learning materials) for industries like transportation, distribution, and warehousing.

This is not a remote position. It is working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm at our corporate office.

What it takes to be a successful Video Production Specialist :

Proficiency with Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent, and familiarity with all related software and / or requirements for editing / producing various formats within Final Cut Pro X.
Proficiency with DSLR cameras with experience producing both cinematic and photographic pieces of content at high qualities.
Ability to speak confidently, energetically, and politely with various people to facilitate productions with clients and / or non-employee personnel.

Must-have’s for the position :

Produce a broad range of audio / video projects, ranging from productions that require shooting on-camera personnel or talent, to power point voice overs, client interviews, and client on-sight production.

Responsible for all video, audio, and motion graphic production - including storyboarding, staging, lighting, recording audio, interviewing, shooting, creating graphics, editing, color correction, compression and encoding of videos, and digital asset management.

Effectively manage video project workflow, timelines, project direction, quality and timeliness of final deliverables. Use communication tools to keep the Video Production Manager apprised of project’s status.

Have good time management skills.

Ability to compile files and documentation for archival folder.

Ensure creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and voice.

Work collaboratively as part of a production team or independently.

Follow production schedules set by manager.

Communicate project information to marketing to enable catalog descriptions and marketing materials match video productions.

Ability to discuss equipment rentals, locations, talent, and other possible associated costs of a shoot with the VPM.

Publish produced videos to various platforms.

Some travel may be required.

Perform other related duties as required.

Education / Experience :

Bachelor’s in related field preferred but not required

1-2 years’ experience with Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere Pro preferred but not required
