Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused IT Professional Services Consultant to lead and execute technical projects, deliver tailored IT solutions, and ensure client success. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing technology systems in line with each client’s unique business needs.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead and deliver end-to-end IT projects including system integrations, migrations, infrastructure deployments, and cloud implementations
- Provide expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security tools (or specific stack as required)
- Create technical documentation, including project plans, network diagrams, and user guides
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Engineering) to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions with clients post-deployment
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues during and after project delivery
Qualifications
- CompTIA A Required
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA Network /Security , Cisco) are a plus
- 2 years of experience in an IT Service Technician, Professional Services, or IT Consulting role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Azure, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), firewalls, and backup solutions
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations
- Must be able to pass a background check
