Position Description: Role Player Supervisor: Bilingual: Spanish

Years of Experience: 3-4 years, at least 2-3 as a role player and 1 as a supervisor

Preferred Background/Experience with Law Enforcement

Location: Charleston, SC

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Description: This position manages and schedule's role players and is responsible for coordinating schedules, ensuring scripts are followed and coordinating onsite activities. Ability to create a team environment, multi-task and respond promptly to customer requests in a fast-moving environment a must. Email and spreadsheet capabilities required. Fluent in English and Spanish.

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Project/Practice Management

1) Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

2) Serves as the immediate supervisor for all Role Player Personnel.

3) Responsible for scheduling the correct amount of Role Player Personnel for events.

4) Effectively applies training methodology and enforces project standards.

5) Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

6) addresses issues as appropriate.

Project Accounting

1) Tracks and reports all man-hours worked and expenses daily.

Communication

1) Holds regular status meetings with the Role Player Personnel.

2) Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

Leadership

1) Inspires Role Player Personnel to attain goals and pursue excellence.

2) Able to adapt to constant changes.

Teamwork

1) Effectively utilizes each Role Player Personnel to his/her fullest potential.

2) Keeps track of lessons learned and disseminates all information with Role Player Personnel.

3) Mitigates Role Player Personnel conflict and communication problems.

Client Management

1) Develops professional relationships with client Instructor staff.

2) Communicates effectively with the COR to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.

Experience:

· Shall possess at least 3 years of recent (within the past 5 years) experience in supervising personnel and demonstrated responsible and successful work experience in role playing programs.

· Experience in adult education resident facilities and with dormitory services highly desirable.
