DESCRIPTION
Longeviti is seeking a bilingual individual on an upcoming proposal who is eligible for an active Public Trust security clearance to fulfill the role of Role Player. All candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English . This is a key position. The incumbent shall direct day-to-day management of contract support operations, involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations, or on a single project. This work is to be performed at FLETC facility located in Charleston, SC and the JBC/WS in Goose Creek, SC. The centers are federal government training facilities hosting students from multiple agencies and provides a wide range of basic and advanced law enforcement training.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist management as required in managing contract performance.
- Provide technical guidance to the project team in performance of the work and reviews the quality of all work products
- Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all contract support activities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:
- Thorough understanding of each situation's objectives and the roles being played. Cannot rely on an inflexible script as an actor..
- Each role-player must be able to adjust to a variety of outcomes and to react in the manner most appropriate to the way a situation develops.
- Preferred: role-players fluent in both Spanish and English languages to accommodate the specific role requirements of the scenario.
- Must be eligible to become qualified to operate a Government furnished vehicle if the need arises during a practical training exercise, both on and off the Government facility.
