Job Title: Cool Automation Sales Representative
Job Summary
The Cool Automation Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the field of HVAC automation. This role involves conducting effective sales presentations, qualifying prospects, addressing objections, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Potential Clients: Seek out and identify potential clients interested in HVAC automation solutions.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Engage in cold calling and networking to connect with key decision-makers.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver sales presentations that accurately showcase automation services and capabilities.
- Custom Sales Strategies: Tailor sales strategies based on customer needs and technical requirements.
- Site Surveys: Conduct site assessments to develop accurate proposals for automation solutions.
- Present & Negotiate: Present and negotiate agreements effectively to close deals.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Proposal Pipeline: Develop and manage a proposal pipeline to achieve sales goals.
- Close Deals: Drive sales and secure agreements to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding automation solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of automation projects.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience/Education
- 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience in HVAC, automation, or related industries.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven skills in prospecting and setting appointments.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Skills
- Strong understanding of HVAC automation and smart control systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, and cloud-based drives.
- Self-motivated, independent, organized, and confident.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
