Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Preconstruction Engineer to support our project planning and execution efforts. In this role, you will play a vital part in the early stages of our construction projects, providing critical technical expertise, cost analysis, and coordination to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development of detailed project estimates and budgets, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to evaluate project scope and technical requirements.
- Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and related documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop preliminary schedules to align with project goals and timelines.
- Research and source materials, equipment, and subcontractors to support cost-effective project planning.

- Provide technical support during the bidding and negotiation process.
