Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fun, safe, and family-oriented environment. As an Assistant manager, you are responsible for assisting the General manager in the smooth operation of the store. Applicant must be energetic, self-motivated, and dependable.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and perform inventory control duties
- Assist in training and developing staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Oversee cash handling procedures and POS transactions
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business goals
Skills:
- Previous experience in retail, restaurant management or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Family Entertainment operations is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems
