Duration: 6 months but high possibility of extension
Location: Onsite at 1275 Market, San Francisco, CA 94103

Work Schedule:
o Full Time – Monday-Friday, Client’s 9/80 schedule
o Overtime is not expected but could be possible based upon business needs and will occur only when requested and approved by manager.
o Must also be available to occasionally work evenings and weekends.

Job Description:
Responsibilities
Among other tasks, this role will:
o Assist with planning and logistics for Client’s 1275 Customer Briefing Experiences, including coordination of demonstrations, meetings, and other logistics.
o Coordinate 1275 internal and customer/partner events, including 1st floor atrium receptions and Client’s Cinema screenings for our various Studio and film festival partners and internal employee teams.
o Provide guidance and assist with 1275 events produced by every business and community organization throughout Client’s Laboratories.
o Assist with maintaining and continued optimization of operations process and procedures.
o Help with planning and coordination of off-site event activations, including executive awards event weekends and tradeshows.
o Assist with basic living room and mobile demo technology operations.
o Assist with event and activities metrics and reporting.
Qualifications
o Strong written communications skills
o Experience in events, customer service, communications, marketing or media
o Comfort level with speaking to all levels of staff and management
o Extraordinarily detail-oriented and organized.
o Intellectual curiosity
o Interest in consumer technology and the entertainment industry including films and/or music a plus but not mandatory.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
o Aptitude to learn tools and platforms this role will be hands on with such as, but not limited to, Airtable, Smartsheet, Miro, event registration platforms, Concur, and survey tools.
o 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or events.

o Positive attitude and logistics/organizational skills are most critical.
o Comfort in high-pressure, high-visibility moments and an ability to stay calm and solution/action-oriented in those moments.

Salary : $33
