What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Coordinator position at Vertiv?
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for inside sales and outside sales (possibly in addition to warehouse and order management in smaller offices). Person has detailed technical knowledge and the opportunity to up-sell customers to higher value solutions. The Senior Parts Coordinator is expected to initiate customer interaction. This position is a key to support parts sales in local area for installed equipment base. This is a Revenue generating position. Primary Responsibility for this position is Warehouse Duties, receiving and shipping of all products. Inventory control, cycle counting, coordination of parts with service departments internal and external customers. Process and organize warranty and parts returns.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Business, Inventory Control, HVAC experience a plus.
- Parts Counter/Inside sales, Warehousing, Inventory Management, HVAC a plus but not required
- Excellent customer services skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good computer skills, understanding of Microsoft or equivalent
TRAVEL REQUIRED
- Travel 10%
