"RESPONSIBILITIES
•Product Planning and Strategy: Develop product roadmaps and strategies for magnetic levitation chillers in alignment with market demands, technological trends, and company objectives.
•Demand Analysis and Product Definition: Conduct in-depth market research, gather customer feedback, and define product requirements and technical specifications.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, design, production, sales, and supply chain teams to drive product development processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
•Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and after-sales support, continuously improving product performance, quality, and customer experience.
•Competitive Analysis: Perform market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring the product maintains a strong market position.
•Product Marketing Support: Work with sales and marketing teams to develop marketing strategies, provide product training, and offer technical support and documentation.
•Global Collaboration and Promotion: Maintain close communication with global teams and customers to ensure the product meets regional market needs and drive global market expansion.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Master’s degree or above, preferably in Refrigeration Engineering, HVAC or related fields.
•Over 5 years of product management experience.
•Familiarity with oil free chiller and strong technical understanding and product planning skills.
•Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Fluent in English, with a strong global perspective and communication capabilities.
•Strong market insight to quickly identify industry trends and customer needs.
•Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects efficiently and driving progress."
