This is an on-site position based in Philadelphia, PA, with travel required across regional and international markets.

- Starting from $150,000 to $170,000 annually

A Director of Sales/ Sales Director/ Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Oversee and direct regional sales managers, inside sales teams, and marketing staff to achieve revenue targets.
- Establish and drive sales processes, monitor sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on customer needs and company capabilities.
- Conduct market research to assess opportunities, understand customer demands, and identify industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners, manufacturers, and end customers to drive business growth.
