Job Summary

You will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the profitability of our real estate projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses for real estate investments and developments.
- Prepare detailed pro forma statements and financial projections for property acquisitions, lease agreements, and development projects.
- Perform market analysis to assess trends, risks, and opportunities in real estate.
- Monitor and evaluate asset performance, identifying areas for improvement to maximize returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and legal, to evaluate project feasibility.
- Review and analyze operating budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements for real estate portfolios.
- Support due diligence activities for acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring compliance with financial and legal requirements.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, tax laws, and market trends that impact real estate financing and operations.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1 years) in financial analysis, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and real estate analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Solid understanding of real estate financing, market analysis, and asset management principles.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to convey insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excel experience (3 years) usiing advanced unctions (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, IF, STATISTICAL FORMULAS)
