Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing interventions in the treatment of the patient/clients’ illness, rehabilitative needs, and preventative care
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (LPN) in state of employment
- Previous home health experience as a LPN is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
