Verus Engineering Customer Solutions Associate- Full-Time

Job Description
As a Solutions Specialist, you'll use your exceptional knowledge of and passion for automotive performance, professionalism, and people skills to create the ultimate customer experience. That means impacting and improving our customers' lives by delivering personalized solutions, equipping them with knowledge and understanding of our products, and providing recommendations based on their specific needs. You'll also build our customer base and foster long-term relationships by providing superior service and proactively contacting to ensure they're getting the most out of our products and services.
Skills & Responsibilities
We look for candidates who have high energy, a passion for automotive performance, great communication skills, the ability to work in teams and are coachable, motivated, and customer-oriented. A college degree is a plus, but not required for this position. Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus but, again, is not required.
Daily Work Duties Include
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints
· Provide information about the products and services
· Help process shipment in the shop (as necessary)
· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
· Document and update CRM based on interactions
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Position Qualifications
· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Ability to retain information
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Positive and professional demeanor
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High School Diploma required. Higher education is encouraged.
This position is full-time and based in our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8 AM-5 PM.
