This Position: The Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring our business operations run smoothly, enabling our team to deliver high-quality services to clients. This person oversees day-to-day administrative functions, manages employee relations and HR, coordinates office logistics, and assists with project management. The ideal candidate is organized, technically adept, people-oriented, and can adapt to the dynamic environment of a growing SaaS business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day company operations, ensuring efficient workflows and communication across teams
- Handle recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and performance reviews. Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues
- Directly train, coach, and develop employees and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Directly oversee team members to guarantee the accurate, efficient, and timely execution of their responsibilities
- Support project planning and tracking, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met
- Identify and implement operational processes that improve efficiency and productivity
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Manage office logistics, including supplies, scheduling, and facilities management
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in operations management or equivalent, fulfilling the key responsibilities listed above
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based services
- Direct hands-on experience fulfilling the key responsibilities listed above
- Experience with professional project management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to lead, by example, team members in customer service and sales
- Able to start contributing on day one due to previous experience
Compensation:
- Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- The salary is competitive, with the opportunity for raises depending on proficiency in solving business operations issues
