Responsibilities

- Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take orders accurately using POS systems and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the quality of food preparation and presentation meets high standards.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of wine pairings and cocktail offerings to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage time effectively to accommodate multiple tables while ensuring attentive service.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
- Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area and assist with setting up or clearing tables as necessary.
