Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system or similar technology.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Work as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere in the nightclub or restaurant setting.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and management.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
