What You'll Do
- Analyze, structure, and execute real estate acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures
- Lead and manage all aspects of the real estate development process, from site selection and acquisition through design, permitting, construction, and project delivery
- Conduct comprehensive site analyses, including zoning and regulatory reviews, market feasibility studies, and financial modeling
- Work closely with internal teams, including design, engineering, and operations, as well as external consultants, architects, contractors, and local government agencies
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunities
- Develop financial models and forecasts to evaluate opportunities and support decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban planning, finance, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate development, real estate private equity, or real estate financing
- Proven ability to develop and execute complex strategies with precision and focus
- Proficiency in financial modeling and project management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to identify and communicate risk
- High degree of ownership, initiative, and a willingness to dive deep into details while maintaining focus on the big picture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that values agility and execution
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
