About the Role
As the Wholesale Account Service Manager, you’ll own the operational and relationship side of our wholesale program. Your focus: ensure our retail partners are supported, stocked, and set up for success. You’ll be the go-to for day-to-day needs, keeping fulfillment smooth, inventory flowing, and communication clear. No prior wholesale experience required — but you do need to be proactive, organized, and customer-obsessed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage order fulfillment, returns and warranty
- Manage daily communication — from product inquiries to operational support.
- Communication of internal activities to sales agencies
- Support retailers with product education materials, marketing materials, and in-store activation strategies to drive sell-through.
- Work cross functionally to deliver and coordinate marketing activation with key accounts.
- Monitor inventory levels, suggest reorders, and ensure accounts are stocked optimally.
- Monitor Nuorder inventory.
- Gather market feedback to inform product development and merchandising strategies.
You Must Be:
- Proactive and goal oriented
- Organized
- Customer Service experience or background, or retail experience
- Good communication skills
- No wholesale experience required
- Located in Vancouver
- Expected to be in Vancouver office 2x a week
