You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following Using inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to cultivate new business and accountsNavigating a variety of sales channels (Grocery, CBD Shops, Dispensaries, Distributors) to identify decision makers and understand customer needs and requirements Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects for your regionWorking with local distribution and broker partners to develop new business and coordinate promotions Negotiate and complete sales. Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with stakeholders and accountsSuccessfully and smoothly transition new customers to Junior Account Managers for ongoing managementQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
